At Real Simple Gifts, we take pride in providing high-quality crystals, jewelry, intention bracelets, and spiritual gifts. Due to the personal nature of many of our products, we have established the following return policy.

Crystal and Spiritual Products

Many of our products, including crystal bracelets, gemstones, crystals, and intention-based items, are purchased for personal use and are often handled, worn, carried, meditated with, or otherwise incorporated into an individual's personal practice.

Because these items cannot be verified as unused once received by the customer and cannot be resold as new, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on crystal products, gemstone jewelry, intention bracelets, or other spiritual items.

This policy helps maintain the integrity and quality standards of the products we offer to all customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Loose crystals and stones

• Spiritual and intention-based products

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Clearance or final-sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
